Promotion: Uppercut Deluxe & The Bearded Chap Weber Barbecue Giveaway
Promotion Period: The promotion starts on 1 October 2026 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on 15 November 2026.
Eligibility: Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Employees of Tommy Gun's, participating suppliers, agencies associated with this promotion, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
How to enter: To enter, customers must purchase any eligible Uppercut Deluxe or The Bearded Chap product from a participating Tommy Gun's store during the Promotion Period and provide their contact details at the time of purchase. Uppercut Deluxe and The Bearded Chap combs and brushes are excluded from this promotion and do not qualify as eligible products.
Entries: Customers will receive one entry per eligible transaction, not per product purchased. For example, if a customer purchases three eligible Uppercut Deluxe products in one transaction, they will receive one entry into the draw. Multiple entries are permitted, provided each entry is from a separate eligible transaction.
Prize: One winner will receive a Weber Searwood XL 600 Pellet Barbecue, Grillmaster Pellets, Precision 3-piece Barbecue Set and Weber Searwood XL 600 Premium Barbecue Cover, with the total prize package valued up to $2,500 AUD, including delivery.
Draw: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The draw will take place on 7th November 2026 at Unit 4 / 21 Lomandra Place, Coolum Beach.
Winner notification: The winner will be contacted by phone and/or email using the contact details provided at the time of entry. The winner must respond within 7 days to claim the prize.
Unclaimed prize: If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within the required timeframe, Tommy Gun's reserves the right to redraw the prize.
Verification: Tommy Gun's reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits an invalid entry, or does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
Returns or refunds: If an eligible purchase is returned or refunded, the associated entry may be deemed invalid.
Prize transfer: The prize is not transferable or exchangeable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, in whole or in part.
Privacy: Personal information collected as part of this promotion will be used to administer the promotion and contact the winner. Personal information will be handled in accordance with Tommy Gun's privacy policy.
