Our hiring process is simple and transparent. We’re all about culture so we’re looking for stylists and barbers that love serving clients and providing an amazing experience.
Once you’ve applied for an open position you’ll hear back from us via email or phone on whether or not we’d like to interview you. All interviews happen on location and you’ll meet with a hiring manager and shop owner to discuss why you’d be a perfect fit as our next barber.

Tommy Gun’s wants you to be successful. As such, we offer a tiered compensation structure based on total service volume. This puts your income in your own hands, and allows for growth based on your clientele base.

Yes! We encourage all our employees to continually learn new skills and improve on the ones they already have. All barbers go through an initial training phase to learn the services and treatment options we have. Additional training is offered through our awesome National Education Program.
How much experience do I need?

It depends on the role! At Tommy Gun's we hire all levels of barbers, from apprentices through to master barbers.
