Promotion: American Crew Sporting Club Membership Giveaway
Promotion Period: The promotion starts on 1 August 2026 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on 30 September 2026.
Eligibility: Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Employees of Tommy Gun’s, participating suppliers, agencies associated with this promotion, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
How to enter: To enter, customers must purchase any American Crew product from a participating Tommy Gun’s store during the Promotion Period and provide their contact details at the time of purchase.
Entries: Customers will receive one entry per eligible transaction, not per product purchased. For example, if a customer purchases three American Crew Matte Clay products in one transaction, they will receive one entry into the draw. Multiple entries are permitted, provided each entry is from a separate eligible transaction.
Prize: One winner will receive an annual membership to their chosen sporting club, up to the maximum value of $1,000 AUD.
Prize conditions: The selected sporting club membership must be available for purchase by the Promoter and must not exceed the maximum prize value of $1,000 AUD. If the chosen membership exceeds $1,000, the winner may either select an alternative membership within the prize value or pay the difference, subject to availability and approval by the Promoter.
If the membership is unavailable: If the winner’s chosen sporting club membership is unavailable, sold out, cannot be purchased, or cannot be transferred to the winner, the winner will receive the equivalent value of the membership in cash, up to a maximum of $1,000 AUD.
Draw: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The draw will take place on Wednesday 7th October at Unit 4 / 21 Lomandra Place, Coolum Beach.
Winner notification: The winner will be contacted by phone and/or email using the contact details provided at the time of entry. The winner must respond within 7 days to claim the prize.
Unclaimed prize: If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within the required timeframe, Tommy Gun’s reserves the right to redraw the prize.
Verification: Tommy Gun’s reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits an invalid entry, or does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
Returns or refunds: If an eligible American Crew purchase is returned or refunded, the associated entry may be deemed invalid.
Prize transfer: The prize is not transferable or exchangeable.
Privacy: Personal information collected as part of this promotion will be used to administer the promotion and contact the winner. Personal information will be handled in accordance with Tommy Gun’s privacy policy.

General: Tommy Gun’s accepts no responsibility for any late, lost, incomplete, incorrect or misdirected entries. Tommy Gun’s reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the promotion if required due to circumstances outside its reasonable control.
