As we have seen over the past number of months, the global spread of COVID-19 is impacting each and every one of us. During this extraordinary time, the health and safety of our customers and team members across all of our Barbershops is our top priority.
With this in mind, we have developed a new barbershop experience that is safe for you and our team members.
HOW THIS WORKS
You will be able to check-in from our app as normal, but we've made a few changes that you'll need to be aware of first:
|Our check-in screen will be unavailable at the shop, our reception team will manually check you in or as always you can check-in from the app.|
|The handshake is still officially on hold, but we will of course still greet you with a smile.|
|We will need you to wash your hands in our basin with warm water and soap before your service.|
WHAT WE WILL CONTINUE TO DO BEFORE EVERY SERVICE:
|Clean and disinfect our tools and equipment.|
|Spray and wipe down all contact points on your chair.|
|Thoroughly wash our hands.|
|Use new blades for all shaves.|
We have requested that if any team member feels unwell, that they remain at home and we encourage our customers to do the same.
We remain absolutely committed to doing everything we can to put the health and safety of our Tommy Gun's community first. Rest assured, our shops are open, operating and giving you the ultimate barbershop experience, every time.
